Porque razão necessita tanto o ser humano de se sentir amado?
Talvez porque o amor seja a razão de toda a existência. A razão de toda a criação. Sem amor nada existiria. Tudo seria apenas um vazio. Um vácuo. Só o amor pode construir as maiores obras. Só quando amamos verdadeiramente e sentimos que assim somos igualmente amados nos sentimos completos. Inteiros. Compelidos a superar todas as dificuldades. Capazes de conquistar o mundo com o nosso amor.
Quando não nos sentimos amados, é porque ainda não compreendemos que primeiro temos que aprender a amar-nos a nós mesmos, a aceitarmo-nos tal como somos. Tarefa difícil de apreender…
E porque razão algo tão simples se torna tão difícil? Como queremos que os outros nos aceitem, quando somos nós que não nos aceitamos a nós mesmos?
A maior das aprendizagens. A maior de todas as tarefas, é ultrapassar o maior de todos os obstáculos. Aprender a viver connosco. Construindo a nossa individualidade através do conhecimento de sabermos quem somos. Como poderemos conhecer os outros, quando nem nos conhecemos a nós? Para nos conhecermos temos de cultivar diariamente o pensamento consciente, ter a noção plena e consciente de nossos sentimentos, do que nos dá prazer, do que nos dá pavor, de tudo os que nos faz ter vontade de sorrir, do que nos deixa melancólicos e com vontade de chorar, do que nos dá vontade de prosseguir nesta vida, do que nos dá vontade de dela desistir. Do que nos dá vontade de fugir, de nos esconder-mos do mundo. E porquê essa necessidade de nos escondermos? Se pudéssemos até de nós próprios nos esconderíamos.
Precisamos aprender a levantarmo-nos sem apoios externos. A saber valermo-nos de nossa própria força. Todos temos a força necessária. Mesmo que não a sintamos, ela existe dentro de nós. Só temos de aprender a despertá-la. A senti-la vibrar dentro de nosso ser. Aprendamos a amarmo-nos, a sentir esse amor que nos renova, nos liberta de todo o tipo de condicionamentos dos quais não necessitamos, eles só nos aprisionam e a nossa essência é LIVRE. Se nos encontramos aprisionados devemos empreender o nosso esforço por libertarmo-nos. Quando existe verdadeiro esforço e pura vontade por nos melhorar-mos, por sermos correctos e honestos em todas as nossas acções. Não há razão alguma para sentirmos esse medo de ficar em solidão e sem amor. Porque todo o ser humano que se esforça por melhorar É MUITO AMADO.
Se nos permitirmos poderemos sentir a grandeza desse amor que nos rodeia, nos conforta e acolhe em seu regaço, porque ele aguarda velando em constante vigília que nos disponibilizemos a recebe-lo.
Que sejamos merecedores de tamanha devoção, retribuindo com igual intensidade, todo o Amor e protecção que nos oferecem. Imergindo todo o nosso ser num oceano de tranquilidade, serenidade, confiança e fé, aceitemos com humildade tudo o que nos é dado e entreguemos nosso propósito de vida a quem melhor do que nós nos saberá conduzir.

Because what reason needs the human being felt loved?
Perhaps because love it’s the only reason of all existence. The only reason for exist all the creation. Without love nothing it would exist. Everything would be only emptiness. Like a vacuum. Only love can construct the biggest workmanships. Only when we love truly and deeply and we feel that thus equally we are loved, we can feel us complete. Compelled to remove it all the difficulties. Capable to conquer the world with our love.
When we do not feel loved, it’s because we don’t yet understand than first we have to learn to love ourselves. To accept ourselves as we are. Difficult task to apprehend…
and because what reason something so simple becomes so difficult? How can we want that the others accept us, when are us that do not accept ourselves?
The greatest lesson of our life. The greatest of all the tasks, is to exceed the greatest of all the obstacles. It’s to learn to live with ourselves. Constructing our own individuality through the knowledge of knowing who we really are. How will we be able to know the others, when we don’t know ourselves?
To we know us we have to cultivate the conscientious thought daily, to have the full and conscientious notion of our feelings, of what gives us pleasure, of what make we feel in terror, of everything that makes we have will to smile, of what leaves us melancholic and with will to cry, of what gives us will to carry on in this life, of what gives us will to giving up of this life, Of what gives us will to run away, and make us want to hiding from the world. And what reason this necessity of hiding? If we could we even hide from ourselves.
We need to learn to stand up without external supports. To know how to rich out our strength. We all have the necessary force. Exactly even we do not feel it, it exists inside of us. We only have to learn to awake it. To feel it vibrate inside of our being. Let us learn to love ourselves, to feel this love that can liberated us, from all kind of conditionings of which we do not need it, they only send us to prison, and our essence is FREE.
If we find us imprisoned we must undertake our effort to achieve the freedom. When in existence of true efforts and pure will for improving us, for being corrects and honest in all our actions, we will no have reasons to feel this fear to be in solitude and without love. Because all the human being that strengthens to improving him self it’s VERY LOVED.
If we allowing us to be able to feel the largeness of this love that surround us, comforts us and receives us in its lap, because it waits guarding in constant vigil that we be able to receives it.
Can we let us be deserving of so great devotion, repaying with equal intensity, all the Love and protection that they offer to us. Immerging all our being into a tranquillity ocean, serenity, confidence and faith, let us accept with humbleness all that it’s given to us, may we learn to deliver the meaning of our life to who will know better than we, how to lead us
